The service

Dharra provides an enquiry optimisation system for UK service businesses. This includes AI-powered lead response, qualification, nurture, review and referral capture, and monthly reporting. The service is delivered via our platform and configured specifically for your business.

Subscription and payment

• Dharra is a monthly rolling subscription at £397/month
• Payment is taken monthly in advance
• No long-term contract. Cancel anytime with reasonable notice
• No refunds for part-months already paid

Your responsibilities

• You must ensure you have the right to use any contacts you provide to us
• You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service complies with applicable laws
• You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose

Our responsibilities

We will deliver the service with reasonable care and skill. We do not guarantee specific results such as a defined number of leads or bookings. Results depend on factors including your market, your existing reputation, and the quality of your contact database.

Intellectual property

All content, workflows, and systems built by Dharra remain the intellectual property of Dharra. Your contact data and business information remain yours.

Limitation of liability

Our liability to you is limited to the fees paid in the month in which any issue arose. We are not liable for indirect losses including lost revenue or lost business opportunities.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
